Shishito is a small (6-9cm), sweet green frying pepper from Japan. The peppers can be fried but also roasted, grilled, pickled and eaten raw. The flavour is enhanced with cooking and will blister up nicely when cooked. Highly productive plants are suitable for both the garden and the greenhouse and also a great choice for container growing. Heirloom 65-75 days. 0.35g/approx. 50 seeds.
Tip: Soak pepper seed in water overnight to speed up germination.
