The round flat rosettes of teardrop-shaped leaves grow in shades of greens and purples. A great salad mix ingredient or as a green on it’s own. The leaves are mild tasting and can be planted from after the last frost right up until autumn. We often use this green as a spinach substitute as it is so much slower to bolt. Good steamed too. 40 days. Self-seeds. 0.85g/Approximately 300 seeds.
