Cucurbita moschcata - Mini sized butternut winter squash. These minis are just as tasty as a regular sized butternut squash such as our Waltham's but they are the perfect size for one meal for 2. They can be harvested and eaten when the skin is still green but will get a smooth tan colour if left in the garden or a warm place inside. Powdery mildew resistant. Bred by Cornell University's breeding program. They do great work by the way, in breeding for organic production. 10-13cm long. (4"-5"). 110 days to tan colour. 2g/approximately 23 seeds.
