Contains a mix of lentils, radish, alfalfa, red clover and mustard. Approximately 5 days to sprout. Put 1 to 2 Tbsp. of seed in a wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh or cheese cloth and secure with a rubber band. Add water, swirl and drain. Add 1 cup of cool water and soak 4-8 hours. Rinse twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a bowl or on your drain board. 60g
