Beta Orange exterior and gold interior with green leaves and yellow stems. A sweet and delicious, mild flavoured golden beet. The leaves can be eaten small in salad mix or large when cooked. Cooked or raw in salads this one is a must have. Lovely addition to the edible landscape. Sow as soon as the soil can be worked 2 cm-6cm (1-3”) apart and 1 cm (1/2”) deep. Water well. To store, keep beets in cool damp sand or sawdust. 1.25g/approximately 110 seeds.
