This plant produces good sized flattened and slightly pleated fruit with rich colour. Great tart flavour! Good raw, for fresh salsas, sauces and cooking. Rivals Black Krim for scrumptiousness. Start seeds indoors 4-5 weeks before last frost. Transplant after danger of frost has passed, 30-45 cm apart in rows 45-90 cm apart. Burying the seedlings a little deeper outside than they were indoors will encourage more roots and give more support to the plant. Indeterminate. Will need to be staked. Late season, Heirloom, Rare, Indeterminate. 95 days.
