Organic Yellow Eye Bush Beans

Unlike Navy beans, which have a slightly baby food texture, Yellow Eyes are dense, creamy and delicious. Eat  them on their own with just some olive oil, salt and parmesan. Also excellent for a simple vegetarian soup. These are often voted best in our dry bean tasting.
