Phacelia tanacetifolia.

Pale, mauve-blue, fragrant flowers unfold like ferns at the top of long leafy stems and attract bees from miles around. Plant every 3 weeks to ensure a long blooming period. A truly wonderful pollinator plant. A good companion plant to all the cucurbits. eg: cucumbers, melons, squashes. 

Phacelia cannot only attract bees but can also help to boost the numbers of predatory insects that can help to control sap-sucking pests like aphids. Grows to 23cm (9″) in full sun or part shade.
