A very popular scallop or patty pan squash here at Urban Harvest. We always sell out of the plants very quickly. All scallop squash are best picked small - from 2" to 3.5" in diameter.

Steam, stir-fry, roast, pickle, stuff. The list goes on. Enjoy them however you like but they will reward you with a wonderful harvest for several months.
