Organic San Marzano Paste Tomato

An heirloom, Italian variety of good size. It is a superior paste tomato but also eaten fresh. Try cutting in half, drizzle with olive oil and salt and roast until reduced in half. Then use them to make your tomato sauce. Incredible intense flavour will jazz up those winter meals. The plant can bear up to 10-12 bunches of fruit with easily removable skin. Tart taste.
