Organic Rose de Berne Tomato

Dark rose pink colouring on this heirloom tomato from Switzerland. It has a meaty texture with thin skin, and has a very good balance of sweet and tart flavour. Medium sized 5oz fruit resist cracking, makes for a fabulous slicer. This is definitely one of our favourite tomatoes of the last few years.
