Use these seeds to grow delicious Chinese sprouts. Sprout in the dark to prevent bitterness and rinse 3-4 times per day. We sprout them in a wide-mouth jar. Soak for 4-8 hours. Cover the top with cheesecloth, rinse and invert. Cover the jar with a cloth to keep out the light.
