Organic Listada de Gandia Eggplant

Possibly our favourite eggplant here at Urban Harvest (don't tell the others)! This stunning Spanish heirloom produces the best-tasting eggplants we've tried. The flesh is firm and never watery, while the skin is thin and tender, making it perfect for eggplant parm and moussaka! Pick them between 5-7" for the best result. 70-90 days, heirloom.
