Organic Cosmonaut Volkov Tomato

This is the favourite of many of our long time customers. An Ukranian heirloom named after the famous Russian cosmonaut. It is a prize-winning tomato with great flavour and productivity. 1 kg (2.2 lb) fruits are round and slightly flattened. They have a complex flavour with a nice acid/sweet balance. Disease resistant too.  A great main crop early tomato. Start seeds indoors  4-5 weeks before last frost. Transplant after danger of frost has passed, 30-45cm apart in rows 45-90cm apart. Burying the seedlings a little deeper outside than they were indoors will encourage more roots and give more support to the plant. Indeterminate. Will need to be  staked.  Early season, Heirloom, Rare, Indeterminate.   72 days 0.2g /Approximately  50 seeds.
