Organic Bennings Green Tint Pattypan Squash

A very pretty, pale green scalloped squash that is tender inside and out. Benning's Green Tint grow on vigorous 3-4 foot compact bushes. bushes. Harvest when as small as 1" for steaming, ideal at 2-3" or 4" for stuffing. This might not be as colourful as some of the pattypans, but it consistently wins blind taste tests!
