Lovely lemon flavour is superb with fish dishes. Lemon basil makes a really good vinegar or oil too. Try using the leaves whole in salads. It also makes a wonderful pesto. Try using several varieties to jazz up your pesto inventions. Also makes a lovely addition to a summer G & T!
