A very popular, plum-shaped sauce tomato. Widely used as a whole canning tomato and for paste. We cut them in half. drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and chopped herbs and roast. We make most of our sauce this way if they are not all eaten first. So yummy. Fruit ripens uniformly.
