The flesh of the Blue Hubbard is deep orange, dense, starchy and has the nutty, sweet taste of a sweet potato. Introduced by the Gregory Seed Co. In 1909. The hard, blue-gray shell helps these keep for long periods in storage. Great variety for fall decorations as well as eating.
