Organic Birdhouse Bottle Gourd

Lots of fun to grow. Make your own bird houses, plain or decorated, singly or in groups. Harvest when the smooth, greenish rind turns white or starts to brown. Average size 25-30 cm. Vining plant needs a long hot summer. Good for crafts.
Plant seeds ½”deep and in hills 6 feet apart in warm climates. For cooler summers start indoors 4 weeks before the last frost.  Prefer full sun and well watered soil. Trellis to keep vines off the ground. 120 days.   4g/Approx. 15-20  seeds.
