Organic Touchstone Gold Beet

Orange exterior and gold interior with green leaves and yellow stems.  A sweet and delicious, mild flavoured golden beet. The leaves can be eaten small in salad mix or large when cooked.  Cooked or raw in salads and a lovely addition to the edible landscape. Germinates best in warmer soil.
