First discovered growing in the wild by Father Francis Cupani, this sweet pea has been cultivated since the 17th century. The bi-coloured flowers are purple and maroon and smell the sweetest of all the sweet peas. Soak seeds overnight before planting. Sow in April while the soil is still cool. Sweet peas climb so be sure to stake the plants or use some netting. Cupani continues to bloom throughout the summer. Heirloom, full sun. Annual. 2g/approximately 21 seeds.
