An extremely hot pepper also known as "Peruvian White Habanero"; a key ingredient in Jamaican "Jerk" sauce. Fruit is approximately 5cm x 2cm ( 2" x 1") on small bushy, high yielding plants. Can be used fresh or dried. Unique smokey flavour. Provide row covers in cool summers to ensure ripening. 300,000 Scoville units. Can you take the heat!!!.
Start peppers indoors 8-10 weeks before last frost. Plant 1/2-1 cm (1/4" - 1/2") deep in flats and germinate at 30 degrees cent. Before transplanting, harden off by reducing water and temperature for 2-3 days and then transplant outdoors 30-45 cm (12" - 18") apart in rows 45-90 cm (15" - 36") apart. Peppers love heat. Rare Heirloom. 75 - 100 days. 0.1g/approximately 25seeds.
