Speckled Peas for pea shoots: Soak seeds for 4-8hr. Drain and scatter seeds on surface of soil, making sure the seeds are quite close together. The soil doesn’t need to be deep. Even a cafeteria tray covered in soil will work. Can also be done in sprouting trays.
Water evenly and make sure they don’t dry out. Keep moist and covered until they sprout. Then expose them to light until sprouts are the desired height. They can be harvested by cutting at soil surface and stored in the fridge. Seeds should sprout in about 1 week. 150g.
